Cameron Jordan requests new uniform for the New Orleans Saints on social media

The New Orleans Saint unveiled a new helmet a couple of years ago. The black helmet with mini logos is a lid that has split many fans. Some love it, and some hate it. 

Regardless, there has been plenty of discussion on social media regarding uniform changes for the Saints in the future. 

Saints veteran Cameron Jordan chimed in on the uniform talks, and he wants a gold alternate.

We can assume he means a gold jersey. The Saints do not have one of those in the rotation currently. 

Many current fans have never seen Saints players in a gold jersey. Jordan believes that it is time for that sort of change in the uniform set. 

It would be a unique choice for New Orleans. No other teams have that color of jersey around the NFL. It may set them apart.
